Information you provide

SCV Bookkeeper receives information you submit through the business inquiry form, including your name, phone number, business name and business website. When you book a consultation, scheduling details and the contact information supplied to Cal.com may also be received.

Website, CRM and scheduling services

Inquiry information is stored in a private, access-controlled team CRM used to manage follow-up. This website also uses Hatchable for hosting and data storage and Cal.com to operate the booking experience. Those providers may process technical, inquiry or booking information under their own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, understand service needs, operate the website and maintain business records. SCV Bookkeeper does not use the website to collect bank credentials or accounting-system passwords.

Data sharing

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, scheduling process or professional services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and security

Reasonable steps are used to protect information and retain it only as needed for business, legal or operational purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request information about the personal information you have submitted or ask that it be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Use the contact and booking page to reach SCV Bookkeeper.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
